I released payment from my seller account to bank which have done 14 days but still didn't receive payment. Calling to amazon seller support and asking them about this issue, always they say contact with your bank and when i call to my bank they say there is no funds in holding with us or provide us MT103 form for tracking the payment. then i request to amazon for providing me MT103 form but amazon is not giving me that and not resolving my issue and also making it more delay.
I don't understand what kind of seller support team is this.
Please anyone knows how to resolve this issue ?
