Sanitary napkins are GST exempted in India, so why can’t I sell it without providing GSTIN.
Its says "Your products are not tax exempted. Please add a valid GST to sell these products on Amazon.in "
every time I try to launch it.

Irrespective of what products you sell (GST Exempted or not) , having a GSTIN is mandatory to sell in Amazon or any online market place. Hope this helps
