manage compliance for too long
Hi
I've submitted all required document for compliance and one particular case has been in review for over 15 business days .
This is unusual, normally within 48-72 hours the compliance team reviews and informs you of approval or request more documents if they need anything else.
But this time, it's been silence. No response, nothing. I've tried calling seller support numerous and account health and they just ask me to wait.
Any suggestions on how to escalate and get the compliance team to review submitted documents?

Hi @Seller_rpdrbpkzWYxaX, Im having the exact same issue at the moment. My ASINS have been under review for 20 business days. Seller support has escalated my case and all Compliance come back with is That i need to submit requested compliance documents. I did this 20 business days ago. Very frustrating.

when I contact the Amazon team, they said that what i can do is waiting. NO clear time limit

Due to an increase in contacts, it is taking longer than normal to reply. As cases are worked on a first in - first out basis, there is no way for us to expedite this review for you.

Been waiting since June 14 and just keep getting the runaround, every time I call Account Health they tell me to call Seller Support and vice versa. Then I was told it was escalated to the "Concern Team" and I would hear something in 3-5 business days, it has been well over that. Last phone call a couple of days ago the answer was "you just need to wait". Frustrating.
