Image issue - When uploading a new image all the images in the listing are getting deleted

When I upload a new image to a listing, instead of having the image update as it normally would, ALL images get deleted from the listing, and instead of them, a very old image that was uploaded when I first created the listing appears as a main image, and no other image shows live on the listing.

I am the only seller of the items in this case, I have an active trademark with Brand Registry that is connected to the Seller account from which I make the changes, and there are no other sellers allowed to sell my trademark (all permissions are given to this account and are active, I checked).

I have already opened multiple cases with Seller Support, trying to explain that there's a technical issue here that should be examined on their end. But to no avail, all my cases get "Answered" and closed without a resolution that solves or even addresses the problem. They reply - "We reviewed your case and determined that the images you have uploaded for this product are being suppressed from the detail page, because the images do not accurately represent the product that is for sale, or shows a different product entirely.", which is 100% incorrect. I am saying this as the brand owner and the photographer who took the images and verified multiple times that they adhere to all of Amazon's guidelines, and also tried multiple old images that I previously used in the listings, just for QA purposes in an effort to resolve this case on my end.

I thought it was just me.

For months my team has been updating the old, terrible images to new, crisp, clear images, perfect on a white background. Lately Amazon's system is bringing back the inferior images.

Check the resolution of the images and make sure your new ones are the same or better resolution. Images are reviewed by bot and the default is to choose the best resolution, even if the image is crappier.
