GST deducted by Amazon, but not paid to us nor Govt.
Amazon recognizes our revenue after GST is deducted. At the end of each month a ready-to-file GST report is made available. But the GST amount deducted by Amazon is neither being paid to us nor given to the Govt (not seen in GSTR-1 or in GSTR2A Report)
So why is the GST amount not being paid to us nor getting paid to Govt on behalf of us ?
We cant call nor raise a helpdesk ticket on this. Amazon is a one way traffic, they dont allow Sellers to ask any questions to them.
Hope to see a response, ASAP.

Amazon transfers all GST it collects through sales to the seller every time while reimbursing . It does not keep the GST back with itself. It is paid to you. It is not Amazon's duty to deposit GST collected , it is your duty. Legally it cannot be deposited by Amazon. Neither will it be visible in GSTR-1 or 2A. You need to check your accounts again.
Simple formula,
Reimbursement = Gross Sales - Fees of Amazon - TDS - TCS
Only TDS and TCS and GST charged to you on fees will be visible in GSTR-1 or 2A.

We have also seen this issue couple of times where GST declared by Amazon to GST authority is less than the invoices they provide to us for seller services.
