Major Item Category Ranking Algorithm Failiure in Apparel Sellers Please take action
My main products has been in women's apparel for last 7 years.
I have notice major drop in my sales in previous 24 hours.
Done some research on my own and notice my best selling product ranking were dropped by 1000+ in 24hours?
This never happened in my 7+ years selling exp.
I check the top selling 100 ranking in my product category, noticed all of them are "never heard of brand". Only few were major branded products out of 100 top listings. I also have notice common things on these top selling items. They had multiple sub categories like below:
Best Sellers Rank: #107 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry (See Top 100 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry)
#1 in Women's Volleyball Clothing
#1 in Women's Cricket Clothing
#1 in Women's Fashion Hoodies & Sweatshirts
Some items are ranked in top 50 with only 3 products reviews with 1.0 star rating? Is this possible? Most of them are freshly listed. How in the world is this possible?
I search my product on Amazon, it won't show till i get to page 3 or 4 now I know why sales are worst of holiday season.
Sellers please take closer look at your products best sellers rank and address this issue to Amazon so they can fix it before the holiday season goes away.
