Amazon Spain owe me money!
Sorry for the dramatic headline, but it's true and following almost 8 months of seeking a resolution, I still await my funds.
We stopped selling in the EU marketplaces around a year ago, but had some storage fees outstanding in Germany, Italy and Spain, which I paid at the end of February 2024. My negative balances in Germany and Italy were quickly zeroed, but Spain wasn't and if you look at my balance breakdown today, it still says I owe around 250 Euros.
This was paid in February, and I even had confirmation in a case that they had received it, saying "we're not sure why your balance is still incorrect, but we are working on it and you can expect it to be fixed soon". Numerous cases, emails, chats since, and here we are in mid-October with no progress.
The main issue with this is that the Spanish money is deducted from any payments I receive, which is frustrating, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if at some point Amazon threatened to close my account for non-payment of this fee!
Any help would be appreciated.
