How to Block Fake Customers Those who are constantly returning items & keep original items and send us different items

Dear Sellers, I have been facing fake returns of my products. Recently, I have observed instances where customers have returned items that are similar, and different but not in working condition products by taking my product.

Despite my efforts to ensure product quality and accurate descriptions, these fake returns have become increasingly problematic.

I kindly request your assistance in implementing measures to mitigate this issue. Your guidance on how to handle and prevent fake returns would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, if there are any specific steps or policies I should follow to address this issue effectively, please advise.

Many customers are buying products from me and later returning it saying its too big and too small even though I have clearly mentioned the dimensions in images as well as description. I am paying for shipping and return shipping. Why should I pay for irresponsible customers. They should be made to pay for returns like this. Half the time they don't even return the product with the packaging and the product gets damaged in return and safe-T is useless. I'm trying to running a business here, not a charity. Amazon needs to take action on customers like this else this mentality of irresponsibility will only increase.
