Full Pallet sent from Miami to Fulfillment Center RDU4 - FAYETTEVILLE, NC... yet Pallet shos as CUSTOM CLEARING DELAY
Shipment ID: FBA185DK5HHR
Issue: Pallet was picked up on July 3 2024 with final destination RDU4 - FAYETTEVILLE, NC, scheduled delivery date set for July 10, 2024
Upon reviewing the tracking events on my Seller Central (today 7-29-24) I noticed my Order being in a "Custom Clearing' process. There is no reason for this to be done in a domestic shipping... Our shipment was NOT offshore
I contacted Amazon Selling Partner Support where someone called Vaishali (Selling Support Agent) offered as resolution:
Sometimes a shipment that has been delivered to the fulfillment center will not display as Delivered. This can happen if signals between the carrier and the fulfillment center do not sync. For small-parcel shipments, it can take up to 4 days for your shipment to move to Checked in status from your scheduled delivery date. For LTL and FTL shipments, it can take up to 10 days. During peak times, it may take longer. Your shipment is not encountering any problems. For further clear information , please contact the carrier service
Which I Did... whereas mi LTL Courrier confirmed Pallet was delivered on 7-10-24 at the Amazon location where they fill up the Amazon trucks for pick up by Amazon ,
As you can see... Im in limbo with a 645 pound pallet missing or at least with CUSTOM CLEARING ISSUES in a shipping trajectory from Florida to North Carolina, whereas I didn't knew we had actual Borders and Custom Clearing points between state lines in the US.
Meanwhile, my pallet is full of perishable items and of course Amazon claims no responsibility for their mishandling of inventory

Hi @Seller_4hfyZAugOmABm,
Dominic from Amazon here, would like to assist if I can. Can you please provide me with the case ID for this? Would like to see if we can potentially escalate this internally.
Best,
Dominic

We have a similar issue with RDU4. Here is the link https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/58c8dd2a-d07b-4088-9d64-a7053618ee52?postId=c3f6f689-078b-4b0a-bc66-4726b6f3eed8
I think something is seriously wrong at that FC :(
Amazon Seller Support replied with a copy-paste text and saying that after Sep 18, we could open an investigation. Well, pretty disappointing...
