My experience was the same: the buyer requested a replacement product, but after receiving it, he cancelled the order, received a full refund from Amazon, and declined to return the item.

I got multiple calls to join as a seller on Amazon,in starting the told me Amazon would take a nominal fee of Rs 158 on an order, later it will become 300 to 400 and the it will be 900 to 1000. The contact person (relationship manager of Amazon will be in full confidence and promise you that dont worry you will get credit. He will never make you feel that you can lose any money( sir i will be here you will be in profit).when the 2 month will pass he start giving delay responses, and he will not picking your phone and start message "text me". when you fell cheated and try calling multiple time and messaging, suddenly you got returns in numbers, the product you soled month ago will come in return ( either damage or old part in it, or some different part having cost around 100 agaist to your product cost 10000).
Also talk about payment time : in starting they comit 7 days, it will become 20 days and then it become 1 month then 2 month, 3 month or no timing and no one will answer when will you get your payment also you do not know where do you complain. it's a frustrating journey and I loose 68500 rupees.
If some one know how to resolve this problem and recover my loss please guide.
