Shipping Fraud by Amazon | Big Scam

For the past week, our orders have not been picked up by the courier team. They simply skip our orders, and despite our efforts to get a solution from Amazon support, we only receive the same templated emails. It doesn't matter how serious the issue is; they reply after 12 hours with the same generic responses. They seem unaware of the actual problems and behave like school kids. No matter how much we explain our issue, they just send the same templated emails.

Our orders keep getting canceled because the courier team doesn't pick them up. At one stage, we faced a huge loss and became frustrated, so we personally visited the Amazon courier office to submit our order. However, they kept our order for more than a day without scanning or shipping it to the customer. After two days, the orders were automatically canceled by Amazon.

We are extremely frustrated. They don't come for the pickup, and our orders get canceled. Even when we personally submit the order directly to the courier office, they don't scan it and intentionally delay it, causing our orders to be canceled to avoid any losses on their end.

Who takes responsibility for this loss? If we delay from our side, Amazon takes the entire order amount from us, but when it's their mistake, we still incur losses.

I'm completely disappointed with Amazon and how they've become. They don't care about their sellers, not even 1%. Honestly, we are donating our hard-earned money to Amazon for their growth. I hope you all agree with this sentiment.

I faced similar issue when I started my account Amazon did not pick up the orders and all the orders were getting cancelled and my account was about to get shut. Then I switched to selfish and since then I've been able to fulfil the orders. This is what Amazon Amazon the sellers who don't opt for their premium services like fulfil by amazon service. Switch to self and changing shipping template to migrated is the best possible solution or use ship rocket where it is linked with your Amazon account and pick up can be scheduled automatically

The same thing happened to me. My orders were getting stolen too. I switched to self-ship. It's more expensive than Easy Ship, but the benefit is that your goods won't get stolen and you will be able to ship them on time. However, your listing views will drastically drop after switching to self-ship.

when i started selling on amazon i had to visit their office to deliver some product myself.For last 5 years they have given me a person who picks up from my address.It depend on the volume of orders.They respond when you give them volume of orders.if the problem still persists consider to add a self ship option too.
