New Seller Incentive
Hi, I have been dealing with this for several months now and need some help getting it resolved.
I am a new seller, my inventory for my first listing was received in April of 2024, my new seller benefits are set to expire this month but they shouldn't expire until April of this year.
The new seller guide says
I have an open case but I keep getting messages that they are looking into it but there is no resolution yet.
My case number is 16688446541 can anyone @amazon help me?

I am also a new seller and I wasn't even aware of incentives what incentives are there for new sellers? also I've seen on a separate discussion you were complaing about ads, i see however your product is doing amazing for a new listing - congratulations! - im cusrious how you fixed your ads and if you are still running them on a daily basis. thanks for your help.. its definietly a grind ;)
