KYC Identity Verification
Hi,
I recently changed my address on Amazon and it triggered the KYC Identity verification. I got an email which takes me to a page "Data Request" to agree on some stuff. I done that but since then no reply for 4 days. My payment account is still on hold and Amazon said it can take 10 working days. Anyone recently changed address? Can you please tell me how long the process was?
I decided to put my account on holiday mode until the verification has passed. Certainly they could do a better job.

My account has been under review for almost a month and I have contacted customer service multiple times with no progress. I contacted customer service by phone and was told that it was being reviewed by KYC, and I did not receive an email notification from KYC, nor did it allow me to submit any information. It was being reviewed automatically, and the money has been frozen and cannot be withdrawn.

Verification can take up to 10 working days. However, based on the complexity of the account, it may take longer.
Please also keep an eye at the performance notifications, in case additional information is needed by the team in order to complete the verification.
