Listing Highjacked and Amazon Help won't do anything about it.
I just tried to replenish an ASIN I've been selling for a while. To my surprise, I wasn't allowed to and when I looked at the listing all the info has been changed. The item name is now just "1", Brand is a bunch of capital letters, Bullet Points deleted, Description deleted. Also it requires me to request Brand approval now and of course is not accepting new sellers.
Basically someone just highjacked a good selling listing with 400+ reviews.
I had a 33 minute phone call with Amazon help and they basically told me they can't do anything about it. They actually suggested I should make a new listing.
Horrible for us sellers and for the catalog.
Anybody have any ideas to fix this??
