Greetings - I would really appreciate your guidance on the issue in hand. I received an email today that my account is inactive and i need to verify my account before it gets activated again. Every time i try to go to do the verification, It just shows a page to update the debit card information. I am not able to get past this page to be able to provide the necessary details to verify my account. Please help

Well, that is likely your problem. For the most part Amazon doesn't accept "debit cards."
I suggest you read over this help page on "Credit Cards." While it does use the words "Debit Card" they are generally not accepted, because few meet the qualifications of verifying the seller.
