You may face issues scheduling a pick-up if either you or the buyer are from a non-operational location.
You can download the list of pincodes covered for pickup and delivery using Amazon Easy Ship.
We are working on increasing the coverage and you would be able to schedule pick-ups as and when Easy Ship operations resume at your location. There will be no cancellation charge or negative impact on your selling account.
