According to seller support it is technical bug. I request amazon to atlest convert the order to selfshipped we do not want loose any order

You may face issues scheduling a pick-up if either you or the buyer are from a non-operational location.

You can download the list of pincodes covered for pickup and delivery using Amazon Easy Ship.

We are working on increasing the coverage and you would be able to schedule pick-ups as and when Easy Ship operations resume at your location. There will be no cancellation charge or negative impact on your selling account.
