Amazon automatically choosing all Shipping Options for me

This morning while listing items for sale, when I came to choosing Shipping Options, it automatically selected all the shipping options available instead of the ones I usually choose. This hasn't happened before. I deselected or unselected the ones I didn't want. But after completing the listing I went back to double check and it had again checked the ones I don't want. I then looked at items I had listed a few days ago and all the shipping options were checked for those also, possibly for all of my listings now! Are other sellers having this problem? Is Amazon aware of it? Is there anything I can do about it?

I've noticed the same thing when updating any of my listings. These options are NOT checked in my Shipping Template.

I've opened many assistance request but they failed to see the problem.

However, from amazon site, if you go to one of your listing, the other shipping options do not show as an shipping options. Since I can't order from myself, I'm unable to see if the other shipping options are there at checkout.

I am having the same happening to all my old listings, No way the fix as after changing the options back Amazon again enabled all Options.

If this continues I will have to shut down.

Can you confirm that you have not had any unexpected/unwanted orders placed with you?

I checked some listings and also did not see any available "Expedited International" or similar services.

Our partner teams are continuing to investigate this issue. At this time sellers are still experiencing 'extra' Seller Central / Shipping Options selections.

I have the same issue. I talked to support. It shows all shipping options ticked as well, but the actual listing only offers my original allowed shipping choices. That was a big relief. But regardless, I hope this clears itself up soon.

ALL of my book listings have ALL shipping options prechecked. I try to uncheck them, but they immediately revert to all options checked. I'm an individual seller who only sells standard domestic on this heck-site, so I will have to shut down now. I see that this problem has been affecting many sellers for weeks now with no solution in sight.

Our tech teams are still investigating the cause of the Shipping Options glitch. We do not have any workarounds or fixes that we can share now, but we are continuing to work with our partner teams and will share news in this and related threads.

If your listings show shipping options that you would not want to ship or cancel, you may want to consider putting your accounts on vacation mode. If you do receive these orders and they are the root cause of later metrics issues, please let us know so we can escalate those to our partner teams.

I am having the same issue. My caseID number is 14718939111. The support team responding to my request for help seems to think I am trying to change my shipping settings, which I know that I cannot do with an Individual plan. It is good to know that someone at Amazon actually understands and is working on the problem: thank you.

Please note that many of the sellers who reported this issue reported that the shipping settings do not reflect the actual listings.

Have you seen these 'extra' options available for selection by buyers?

Don't be too sure. Supposedly, the tech team has been working on this for over a month, and I'd bet my life that's a bunch of baloney.

I'm not doubting KJ here, and I DO appreciate his (her?) efforts. I have no doubt they're telling KJ they're working on the issue... but it's obviously a very low priority, or even a NO priority issue as far as Amazon is concerned.

Just like the 'forced' one-day handling times, I'm sure that Amazon would be "DELIGHTED" if all sellers offered all shipping options. After all, it's not their problem that I had to spend $75 shipping on an unauthorized $80 international sale. It will be even worse if the buyer claims "Item Not Received".

Since this 'bug' appears to mostly (only?) affect Individual Media sellers, Amazon probably couldn't give a **** if a few thousand of us ended up having to shut down our accounts for good.

If Amazon really wanted this issue fixed - it would have happened weeks ago.

If you receive orders with 'unwanted' shipping services that you do not want to fulfill, I can escalate these to our partner team and request that you be exempt from any metrics issues arising from this ongoing issue.

One can only conclude that, after several months, no partner teams are seriously investigating this serious problem. And, while I believe KJ_Amazon is sincere, I do not trust any partner team to exempt us from metrics issues and, especially, bad feedback that might result. Those of us that are affected by this should consider ourselves on our own.

Thank you @Seller_XQQ4LGvXmVIwp Are you getting an error message at the top of that page when you check Save and Finish, or does it appear to go through, just without saving?

Are you updating your settings on a SKU-level, through your Account Shipping settings, or both?

Can you share an ASIN where you are seeing this issue? I can follow up with you in a direct case if you prefer.

I looked at 12 of my listings and all of the pre-checked errors are now corrected/unchecked. I will look at many more to see if all are corrected. Thanks very much KJ_Amazon

I just got an order with a sh option I dont use. And sure enough the listing had all sh options checked. Id be losing $25+ on sh on this international order,

Can amazon cancel the order ... for me with an explanation to the buyer that this is an Amazon mistake, to hopefully prevent any negative fdbk?

Or should I email the buyer with this thread?

Just like the 'forced' one-day handling times, I'm sure that Amazon would be "DELIGHTED" if all sellers offered all shipping options. After all, it's not their problem that I had to spend $75 shipping on an unauthorized $80 international sale. It will be even worse if the buyer claims "Item Not Received".

Since this 'bug' appears to mostly (only?) affect Individual Media sellers, Amazon probably couldn't give a **** if a few thousand of us ended up having to shut down our accounts for good.

If Amazon really wanted this issue fixed - it would have happened weeks ago.

If you receive orders with 'unwanted' shipping services that you do not want to fulfill, I can escalate these to our partner team and request that you be exempt from any metrics issues arising from this ongoing issue.

Are you updating your settings on a SKU-level, through your Account Shipping settings, or both?

Can you share an ASIN where you are seeing this issue? I can follow up with you in a direct case if you prefer.

I just got an order with a sh option I dont use. And sure enough the listing had all sh options checked. Id be losing $25+ on sh on this international order,

Can amazon cancel the order ... for me with an explanation to the buyer that this is an Amazon mistake, to hopefully prevent any negative fdbk?

Or should I email the buyer with this thread?
