SKU mixedup between FBA and MFN
Hello Guys,
We have an SKU listed as FBA, and was selling fine. The item is manufactured by us and we are the brand owner and only seller on Amazon. we are facing the following sequence of events.
1. We only had a single SKU for the ASIN and that is FBA. (We didn't have an MFN offer)
2. All of a sudden SKU status changed to "Inactive (Out of Stock)" while there were plenty of stocks available in FBA warehouses.
3. Buybox is showing that the product is dispatched from us rather than Amazon.
4. Now we are getting MFN orders even though we do not have an MFN offering for the SKU
Has any of you encountered an issue similar to this?

1. have a look into standard inventory issue.. ( there might be an issue with inventory , fix it the FBA offer will be live )
2. try to re-convert the the MFN listing into FBA of find the reason of being inactive from backend if not able to do so straight check your offer is live or not via case log.
3. final thing if nothing works approach brand registry to this issue.
note: ( meanwhile make sure is buy box owned by amazon or amazon warehouse, as might be possiblity amz selling it from amazon warehouse if they consider the inventory condition is changed from new to any other ...)
