Stealing At Amazon Warehouse SDEE and SDEF

Hi,

I had placed a removal order for a unsold product. However, when I received the shipment, the delivery challan mentioned 12 units were shipped to me. When I opened the box, there were only 5 units, which means 7 units were short. I raised my concern to management also.

It seems that stealing is happening in Amazon warehouse (SDEE and SDEF). This is the first time it has happened with me. But even after raising concern to Management, i got a reply that FC has confirmed all units were shipped. This is absolute lie. A thief will never accept that he has stolen. There is no way I can prove that I received short units since I did not make a video recording. Amazon has not taken any action against Fc also. So the culprit is free to repeat the same thing again.

I am notifying all sellers to beware. They have started new practice. In the delivery challan they will mention all units have been shipped, but they will actually ship short quantity. And you will not be able to prove anything. And on claiming, Amazon will reject your claim stating that FC has confirmed all units have been shipped.

Please make a video recording of the shipment that you receive back from FC (specially SDEE and SDEF). Open the box and count it in front of the camera. only then you will be able to prove it.
