Buyers can request a replacement in cases of an item arriving damaged, defective, or materially different provided that the return is eligible under the Prepaid return label program. A zero value replacement order is created and an Amazon prepaid return label is provided for the return the original item. Customers will have seven calendar days to drop-off their original item using Amazon’s prepaid return label, and then you will be prompted to ship the replacement.
