I can not add my products

Hello,

I got my brand approved and it asked me to add products I also have a GTIN ID number but it shows an error and i can't list my products

anyone can help?

Did you buy the GTINs from GS1? Then go look on the website of GS1 if YOU are the owner of this codes, exactly how you appear in "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address" in your seller account.

Michelle at Amazon here. If you just purchased your UPC's from GS1, they may not be updated in our system yet and that could be why they are getting rejected. This can sometimes take up to 2 weeks before it allows you to list. If it has been that long and you are till having issues, have you created a case with Seller Support case that I can look at? If you don't have a case, please start here and let me know if you need help after they investigate.
