OTP and Signature and Fraud

Hello Amazon Seller Support,

I am extremely frustrated with how this SAFE-T claim has been handled. The claim for Order ID: 408-3351513-6495528 was denied due to "insufficient evidence of delivery to the intended recipient." However, I just called the customer directly, and he admitted that he received the book. His response? "It is not my problem that Amazon refunded me."

This is clear abuse of the refund system, and Amazon is allowing fraudulent buyers to take advantage of sellers. The order was delivered via ECOM Express, which requires OTP confirmation before handing over the package. That is conclusive proof of delivery—how can Amazon claim insufficient evidence when the buyer had to provide an OTP to receive it FROM THE NUMBER HE HAS ORDERED?

Additionally, the same buyer has placed multiple orders and requested refunds every single time. His latest order, 408-3470149-1265936, should be canceled immediately before he pulls the same trick again.

Amazon, you need to take action against such fraudulent buyers instead of penalizing sellers. I demand either my money back or the return of my book. You can call the customer yourself and verify.

This is completely unfair, and I expect a resolution ASAP.
