Amazon unable to pick up Easy Ship orders on time
This is to bring to all of your notice about the unfair trade practices of amazon. The following event happened with me. The day i started selling on amazon a lot of my easy ship orders were being missed by the logistics team on a regular basis. My orders were getting cancelled due to amazon’s non performance of the logistics team. A strange event occured with me on 20th of may. 3 of my shipments were missed for pickup by amazon’s delivery associate and these orders got cancelled. my account metrics were badly affected and my listings were removed from featured and i stopped getting any orders. all the effort i did to setup my business went down in vain. i tried to contact amazon seller support and exchanges almost 100 emails but all in vain. they provided me with a fake time saying that the delivery executive came to pick up but your order was not ready. i had a word with the local logistics team and then they said that they had missed picking up those orders due to some reasons. I forwarded this call recording to amazon seller support and i received a great response. They said that the delivery executive was within 300 mtrs of your area so it will be considered a miss up from the seller’s side. please tell me how i am responsible for this even when the delivery person is saying clearly that he never came to pick up. This is simply cheating and harassment of an innocent seller who is just trying to setup his small business. I am also attaching a link to the conversation so you guys can listen and beware of unfair practices of amazon.

Its not your fault neither Amazon’s but its the fault of the ATS executive .
It must have mostly happened to you on SUNDAY . My easy ship pickups were also missed on Most of the SUNDAYS. It happened to me 3 times . I tried getting in touch with my normal pickup guy and raised tickets each time my pickups were missed, but no response was taken from AMAZON SS only the last my metrics were modified and all the affects were RESET.
After all this my pickups are done on Sundays, atleast by now.
But the important fact is 1 SUNDAY when my pickup guy came to me He was not using ATS app but using some other app and I saw him doing whatever he was doing on his phone. When I asked him what was he doing he told me that that APP was FACK GPS LOCATION app. Using that app he had just marked another sellers PICKUP as missed. So the Screenshot you received was not fake but actual which was wrongly generated by the ATS Pickup guy. It mostly happens when you have low order numbers .
I suggest you to create a great bond with the pickup guy .
Create a ticket in advance when you have packed your orders and definitely show the packed label on it.
