Product incorrect classified as with button/coin battery and request UL4200A test report
We have one product which is an alarm clock radio, was classified as product with button/coin battery by mistake and have removed from the product page. Amazon asked us to provide the UL4200A test report regarding the button/coin battery from the approved lab. This product don’t use button/coin battery, so we really don’t know how to provide such report.
We have appeal a few times but the reply is the same ‘provide the UL4200A lab test report’
We have asked for help in Seller Support but their reply is the product is being reviewed by the relevant team, you'll need to appeal through the Add Compliance page.
Can anyone help and advise us what to do.
