How Does Amazon Work?

Amazon wanted to verify my supply chain.

Then it checked my invoice and other documents.

It verified my supply chain. It approved my documents.

There is transparency (transparency barcode) for the products

I received 2 complaints from customers. But it does not remove them.

My supply chain is the brand itself and there are transparencies.

It does not allow me to sell the product and does not remove the violation in my store.

I am really asking. Under what conditions do Amazon employees work? According to which law and rule do you not approve? I am curious about this.

What is your problem? I am asking, can you answer?

Sincerely

Amazon works with a mix of automation and streamlining with the intent to make you feel like a person is helping you so you can keep on paying for things while selling on Amazon.

For example, an AI chat bot can easily do what Seller Support does. But Amazon, instead, opts to have humans do it but they streamline is by limiting what Seller Support can say to pre-build templates that come from the Amazon policy.

This does not come from government laws. Amazon has their own set of rules that are designed to make them the most money.

Complaints (violations) are automated. So to resolve this you would have to be more specific on which violation you received. The transparency labels protects you from grey market sellers/counterfeits but it does not make you immune to complaints. You could have received a damaged package complaint or even an expired complaint. I am not sure. Both are resolved in different ways.
