Amazon Business Development Team - Need a contact
I'm new to selling on Amazon. Been active about 2 months with sales about 15k on one SKU (I'm an author). About a month ago I received an email from someone identifying himself as part of the Amazon Business Development team and offered to set up time with me. He was very helpful and explained his role was to basically generate more business for Amazon by making me a more successful seller (they push FBA, creating Prime Exclusive discounts, coupons, etc).
He was very helpful with questions I had about some other things as well. He said his services are free for me until the end of 2024 and I could set up time with him anytime using a link to a calendar for booking. I've tried to book another session with him twice and he has not shown for one appointment and canceled another. I have sent at least 3 emails with no response over 2 weeks.
I would like to get reassigned to another Business Development Team person but can't find out how to do this. Using the Seller Central help only got me canned responses which had NOTHING to do with my question. Finally after I yelled at them to read my freaking question they pointed me to a link for Amazon Strategic Account Services. This appears to be for a much larger level of account support/service than I would qualify for. I filled out their help form asking if they could point me in the right direction and got a simple canned response that I don't qualify for their services. Completely unhelpful!
Anyone know how to reach this elusive Business Development Team or have experience working with them? Thanks!

Were you sure that this was an official outreach from Amazon? Did it come from an amazon.com email address or something different? Did you upload the email you received into the case you mention above?
Would you mind sharing the case # below so I can take a look into the correspondence there.
I am not familiar with such an email, but do know we have our Strategic Account Services business development team that was referenced above. They may be able to help here by utilizing their 'contact us' form on the link above. I am unfamiliar with a business development team providing you with an account manager for over a year free of charge but want to see if I can find you some information on this based on what you were sent.
