ASIN Inactive After Switching to FBA
My ASIN B009IYYG5E was changed to inactive after I switched all to FBA. My other ASINs switched over just fine but I no longer have access to this ASIN to make changes or even add inventory. Amazon customer service is ZERO help. I have been trying to find someone who knows what to do for over 2 weeks and 3 pages of them asking me the exact same questions every time a new rep joins the case. Does anyone have ANY IDEA what to do next? I keep reopening but went out of town for 5 days and they closed the case as answered. Now, I'm starting all over again. They don't read what I write or look at my attachments. I am beyond frustrated! Of course, it's my biggest seller. :-(

This is normal since you probably do not have inventory in an Amazon warehouse. (Does it say "Inactive out of stock" and not "Inactive closed"?)
I have seen that it is not possible to edit listings while out of stock. But the fact that you cannot add inventory is very strange. Maybe this listing is "Inactive closed"? What do you see in "Manage Inventory"?
