SP-API: Your developer registration is under review

I have applied for SP API more than a month ago. The application is still in process. I am a professional seller and already doing "Inventory and Order Tracking" for shipping labels using MWS. Can someone guide me, on why it is taking too much time to review? How I will be able to manage orders after the expiration of MWS?
