A-Z Claim FRAUD!
I just had a customer win an A-Z claim for a shipment that was moving through USPS but going slowly. Amazon told the customer that after seven days after he placed the order he could get a FULL refund even though tracking showed the item still being scanned as of the day the A-Z claim was approved. Note that the customer paid for Economy Shipping.
I wrote the customer multiple times showing the updated tracking information and they still put in for the A-Z claim.
Now, the customer has received his order AND received a FULL refund.
What the heck is going on with AMAZON!? The customer stole my product and now is refusing to pay for it. Amazon is letting them do it!
How can I get my money back?

Did you use Amazon's buy shipping? Was the order delivered late?
