Carrier error box dimensions or weight

I am getting the following error:

1 Error

[Carrier: Amazon-Partnered Carrier ] Amazon-Partnered Carrier is unavailable because the box weights or dimensions for one or more of your shipments are not within the allowable range for Amazon partnered carriers

My box dimensions are 13x13x9, and the weight is 29.5 lbs.

Why would that be not allowed by my carrier? How can I find this information? Can I choose a different size box after the box dimensions have been confirmed?

Did you enter those dimensions into the label information OR did you just allow the label to use what Amazon has in the ASIN?

The reason I ask is because Amazon is notorious for having BAD sizes and weights in listings and if you use THEIR numbers it might say that you are shipping something weighing 295 pounds and measuring 130x130x90.

I sell on a couple thousand ASINs that indicate the items weigh 1# and they are really 1 OUNCE.

I never use Amazon Buy Shipping because I would have to change every label (along with a bunch of other reasons!).

Hello @Seller_eCTmkvoKlKyda,

Small parcel delivery boxes, unless containing a single oversize item, must not weigh more than 50 pounds nor exceed 25 inches on a side. You are well within these limits. I would recommend starting a new workflow to see if this resolves the issue. If the error persists, let me know.
