Trade Mark registration - Options
Amazon recognizes trade marks issue by states. Ex. Ohio. However, no dropdowns are provided to choose my state.
I can upload all of the required documents and have all the required information. After entering all of the required information and uploading the required documents 'the system' does not allow me to save the work that I have completed.
Please adjust your prompts to include states when choosing where a TM was obtained. I want to be registered before I upload all of my products.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist. I do want to clarify which process you are referring to. Are you attempting to enroll your brand in Amazon brand Registry or to list your brand via a Selling Application for brand?
If it is the former, unfortunately enrollment into Amazon Brand Registry requires a Trademark issued by 1 of 20 countries or the EUIPO or WIPO. You can find these requirements on the Review eligibility requirements page. If you are going through selling application process, you may find the Apply to sell a product, category, or brand Seller University video helpful.
