New way of fraud by gang of buyers
Recently we have regularly received multiple orders at different address nearby by different names, buyer is a single person , when asked cx why so ,he says different offices, products get delivered and immediately return request is raised reason different from what was ordered, and when you get products back these are old used stuff, reported multiple times to Amazon, but school students at seller helpline have no valid answer , no other proper email I’d to report these frauds are getting regular kindly help if anyone else is facing this what to do

this happened to me also, and I have created case 2 times but no proper help from amazon and they are not even taking it seriously… amazon give 0% Seller Friendly now a days… really pathetic to see behavior of amazon towards sellers.

After started from buyer phone number not visible,Fraud buyer cheated easily .Amazon Always with buyer not for seller. Amazon does not judgement fair.

First of all they don’t understand the problem, since the problem is not understood, they are not able to give a solution.
Even if they understand the problem, due to their lack of training, knowledge and experience they are not able to provide solution.
In fact they don’t know what to answer and reply standard as a Bot is replying same set of answers to every question.

Facing the same from past 3-4 months. Brought up the issue to my manager as well. Created multiple case ids. Created many suspicious order cases. I did everything but got no result. No matter how much evident you try, they have stupid answers because it’s the seller who is at losing end.
There are multiple threads which i see everyday for the same issue.
We have to think of something else.

This is happening with me. Got 6 continuous orders from the same customer , just different 3 different account names {Moderator Edit (Jessica) buyer information removed}
Raised this to Amazon but that looks like what the seller support knows, more than them we sellers knows. so its waste of time talking to them.
Soon need to look for other platforms to sell as wont be able to survive this way but gets cheated by these people.

Yes for me also, I am selling non returnable items, which are fragile glasses, these fraud customers are raising fake complaints on Amazon by saying received damaged items…Amazon is simply givin them refunds…they are buying multiple items and raisin damage complaints
