Chargeback from 2 years and 4 months ago! Is this a record on Amazon?
Just got a chargeback notification from 1/15/22!
That's about 2 years and 4 months ago!
There is no case number for me to reference here to the mods.... I just responded to the chargeback notification via my account:

I couldn't believe it.... my response is below. Note that I'm not anticipating a favorable result as I imagine that without a mods help it would basically be impossible since its not possible at this point to prove my case. The only silver lining I suppose is that its only $21, but what if it had been for hundreds, or thousands?:
"This order was placed about 2 YEARS and 4 months ago! What's next? 10 years?
Amazon already knows all of the requested details, because this item was shipped through Amazon Buy Shipping.
--This order was placed on Saturday, 1/15/2022
--It was shipped on Monday, 1/17/2022
--The package was shipped via USPS (Amazon Buy Shipping - therefore any issues with delivery - if there were any - would be covered by Amazon Buy Shipping).
--What does "Link of the shipper" mean? If you mean a tracking link, then please feel free to get it from Amazon's records for this order, because Amazon does not provide tracking details for orders that are this old. The limit for detailed order information is 2 years, and this order is older than 2 years.
--I cannot provide the tracking number because Amazon has hidden this detail from me regarding this order. But even if I could provide it, it would not be considered a valid tracking number at this point because tracking info for USPS tracking numbers is limited to 120 days. So it's physically impossible for me to give you "delivery confirmation", other than what Amazon already has in their system from the tracking information, which confirms delivery to Amazon via their automated system, therefore Amazon knows from their own internal information that this order was delivered.
--The return policy is Amazon's return policy. I have no control over return policy details. This is usually 30 days. Cancellation policy is the same thing. None of that is even remotely in my control, just like this chargeback.
--Our return address is:
(redacted)
Thank you"

Correct, but for the wrong reason. This is a very easy case to have ruled in your favor. Your problem is that your response does not address the correct response. It is way too wordy and does not address the real problem.
The chargeback is submitted by a scammer seeking a cash refund. This is what your response should be to win the case.
Purchase Date:
Ship Date:
Delivery Date:
(hopefully, you retain these for every sale you make. We have over 2.5 million in our stored buyer bank)
This claim should be denied based on the following:
Amazon has a buyer agreement that states all buyer have 30 days to report a when an item is not received. Item was scanned delivered on (date above). The buyers 30 day window expired on (say 2/20/2022.
This buyer made no claim to Amazon or (your name) that there was a delivery problem with the item until (claim date).
(buyer's name) waited two years to file a claim of not receiving the item. Clsim was denied by Amazon and should be denied by the issuing credit card compaly. Clearly (buyer's name is attempting to scam the credit card company.
