For starters make sure it is a CREDIT card. Put it in the BUYER account first, wait an hour and then put it in the seller side.
Amazon is weird and that works a lot of the time. They SAY a debit card will work but it only works once in a while like everything else on here.

They are telling you that you need a valid credit card on file in seller central and:
Provide one of the following documents.
1. A business license provided by your city or country
2. A utility bill linked to a valid address.
Names and addresses should match the legal entity that you have entered in your account.
Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp
Be aware that when @Seller_LyYw7fQRKc5G7 says "Names and addresses should match the legal entity that you have entered in your account."
They mean EXACTLY!
Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'.
Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?
When Amazon says something must match they mean EXACTLY!
That means Street is not ST.
Jim is not James.
ALL CAPS is not SOme CAps
They mean every comma, period, dash, etc. must be EXACTLY THE SAME INCLUDING SPACE S.
What you submit for documents must match the details on your seller account EXACTLY.

You really need to go study Seller U instead of TikTok and YouTube before your account gets kicked to the curb permanently.

If this information is what the team is requesting, this will be what you need to submit in order to complete the global seller identity verification process. In addition to the utility bill, please also submit a government-issued ID. Do your documents meet the requirements listed?
@Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp is absolutely correct in that all information must match what is seller central at this time.
In addition to those requirements, the documents must be unaltered and provide the correct verifiable information.
All the best,
Stevie.
