There is nothing you can do but start performing as you have promised. Fill enough orders without error and your metrics will improve.

Hi @langdangdianzi01,

I understand you are dealing with late shipments issues.

As @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl stated, you will not be able to do anything about all of the orders that have already been shipped. That being said, unless you have an "At Risk banner" with a "Submit Appeal" button within attached, you do not need to take any action at this time.

Best advice here would be to understand why the original orders shipped late, and put some measures in place to ensure future orders ship on time. You indicated from your post, this was due to missing the pickup time. While a submission is not required at this time, you may want to consider adjusting the pickup time to avoid this issue in the future. You may also be able to change your shipping handle time and order handling capacity if you feel this is needed.

You can do this by accessing the "Shipping Settings" page from the Account settings option (the six sided wheel at the top right corner of any page within your account). From there, select the "general shipping settings" tab and navigate down to the "Handling Time" box.

So long as no additional orders were late, the Late Shipment Rate metric will return to normal after a maximum of 30 days as the affected orders will roll off the metric after that time. Additionally, the metric percentage will also come back toward the target of 4% as you fulfill orders on time in the intervening time.

Please continue to reach out the community for further assistance.

Regards,

Troy
