Same here. We have had no sales in 5 days. I have noticed that the other marketplaces we are on that things have been much slower this past week. So not sure if it is an issue just with Amazon or in general.

sales are always low in January/February. It's considered "Return season" since ppl like return stuff from Christmas and even Thanksgiving. Hang in there. If you don't have allot Of returns, refunds, a to z claims nor chargebacks,consider yourself lucky. Fraud is everywhere.

Yes, for a several days it's very low. Also, when a purchase happens, instead of the 30 mins, it takes Amazon hours to process it. :-/

Its' called way more competition in the form of TEMU and SHEIN. Just go read the statistics as to how much both platforms have grown over the past 12 months.

12 year seller, and we are experiencing 36% average drop in sales since September 2024. No explanation ( other than canned unhelpful ones) from Amazon despite multiple inquiries as to what has changed. No changes from our 10,000 + product listings. From our reading, their new search Algorithm started in summer of 2024 , and coincides almost perfectly for this unexplained sales drop.. We are in the home and garden hardware store space. We're being forced to ramp up efforts in other market[laces in order to try and stem the unexplained and sudden losses here, as they have no concrete solutions or answers to the issue. Perhaps the Temu issue is also involved, no idea, but then again Amazon doesn't either.
