stranded inventory and inactive listing
On july 1 i received an email asking for my seller account verification on so next step i did was clicked on the link and a window pops up which only indicated store status and no further blanks for my account verification documents and i tried multiple times but the same window poped up again and again which only only showed store status and my listing as inactive not sure why. Next i noticed that my inventory of newly created listing is stranded and the listing is inactive. so recently i did some research and found out that the both these reasons are associated with account verification so i opened case with amazon support and they assured me that this is not due to account verification but some other reason and provided me with link to watch a video toturial of how to fix this issue but i was totally confused with the video could'nt fix the issue. so i seek help here please somebody help me with this i dont know why these issues arosed...
