Locked out of account - No access to recovery phone number - Need Staff/MOD Assistance

Hello,

We have found ourselves locked out of our sellercentral account and are unable to recover it as the phone number used for verification is no longer in use/my possession.

At this point based on user permission history on Employee accounts, Amazon has removed the employees from the merchant account (that is what it says).

Going to attempt to submit a case through brand registry as well, sine we cannot even access case log now on employee accounts.

Any MOD or Amazon Staff-- we would greatly appreciate your assistance.

We have tried calling Customer Service to which a prompt tells us that they no longer transfer calls to Seller Support.

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.

I understand that you are unable to access your seller account and cannot receive the verification code.

If you don't have access to receive the code, in order to gain access to your seller account, try logging into Seller Central and click Didn't receive the code? on the bottom of the Two-Step Verification page. Select your backup method for receiving your code.

If you don't have a backup device and can't change your settings, you'll need to go through the Two-Step Verification Account Recovery process. This process requires you to submit documentation verifying your identity. Once verified (usually within 12 hours), Two-Step Verification will be disabled so you can log in. On your next login, you will be required to set up Two-Step Verification again, this time using devices that you have access to.

This help page provides additional troubleshooting steps for two-step verification.

You can also reach out to our Customer Service team to resolve any issues to the buyer account connected to your seller account. You can reach customer service using the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Amazon.com
  2. At the bottom of the page, click on Help under the Let Us Help You section
  3. On the Amazon Customer Service page., Something Else
  4. Click I Need More Help and this will open a new window to connect you to a specialist
