lack of support - Amazon support not responding

I have been in a huge dilemma with the INFORM Act and get no response from Amazon support team.

The issue is, the correct Tax Identification Number UTR/TIN Number for my legal entity, is currently displayed in the Legal Entity section of my Seller Central account, yet the INFORM Act verification section erroneously displays an outdated wrong TIN/UTR.

Despite repeated efforts to resolve this through standard Amazon support channels, there has been no substantial response or resolution provided - the Amazon support Case ID: 15171830891. This lack of support is particularly concerning given the potential consequences for non-compliance with the INFORM Consumers Act. I have now received a formal notification from amazon to complete the verification or my account will shortly be suspended. Can someone please help me with this urgent issue?

For the past 20 days, I have been actively working with Amazon support to resolve a discrepancy with the Tax Identification Number (TIN) displayed under the INFORM Act verification section. Despite my persistent efforts and multiple escalations (Case IDs: 15171830891, 15239259391, 15250570701, 15251834071), the issue remains unresolved.

I received an Amazon Compliance Notification Email 5 days ago with only 5 days left to meet the compliance deadline, the lack of a clear action plan and timeline is causing significant stress and jeopardizing my account’s health.
