please solve my problem i have lost the phone number which i was recieving the OTP number so i tried Two-Step Verification Account Recoveryand uploaded my passport but they have not emailed me its been two weeks
please solve the problem for me please i spoke with the customer sevice and the couldnt help me

Amazon will not be of much help, especially at this time of year. The phone number is the same one entered on your Amazon account contact information. Surely you remember that number.
