Fraud Delivery Agents, ATS and Amazon Customer Service
Absolutely unacceptable behavior from your delivery associate.
The delivery boy has blocked Amazon's official delivery number and shows up drunk. A parcel is ready for pickup, but no one has come to collect it. We've received zero calls, and it's impossible to contact the assigned delivery person.
This level of unprofessionalism is appalling. What kind of logistics are you running where associates are not only unreachable but intoxicated while on duty? I demand immediate action and a permanent fix. This is not the first time we've faced issues, but this is by far the worst.
Fix this now.
