VIDEO VERIFICATION CALL

My account was deactivated on June 7, 2024. I have received this notification

" Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated, and your listings have been removed. Ship any open orders to avoid further impact on your account.

Why is this happening?

We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history."

I have submitted multiple appeals but all of my appeals were rejected. Then I got a notification on November 4, 2024 in which Amazon mentioned that I need to complete virtual video verification over a video call to get my account reactivated. I have completed the identity video verification call on November 14, 2024 and received this response on November 15, 2024.

"Dear Seller,

Thank you for completing your virtual identity verification. We would love to hear about your experience through a quick survey. It will take less than 2 minutes and your feedback will help us create a better experience for our customers.

The form is hosted by an external company (Qualtrics), so the link below does not lead to our website. Do not include any personal information while entering your feedback."

After this, I did not get any update from the team. Please guide me so I can get update regarding the video verification call.
