What are shipping costs from China to USA?
Hi guys.
I just spoke to my supplier, who is supposed to ship five boxes of approximately 46x35x27 weighing about 10.8kg per box (carton). My supplier just sent me these costs:
- DDP sea shipping freight cost is $348 (shipping time is 25-36 days)
- DDP Air shipping cost is $759 and shipping time is about 11-16 days.
This is my first time on Amazon FBA but isn't this shipping extremely expensive? I was expecting a MAX of $200. My product is super lightweight and small. In those 5 boxes they are fitting 500 units, just so you get an idea.
What do you guys think? Thanks in advance!

I think it the 5 hours you waited before re-posting this exact same thing you could have made a bunch of calls and gotten your own shipping rates to compare this with. And don't forget about the duties and taxes. You probably need to read the forum about what happens if you choose to ship straight from china to amazon and all the problems involved in doing that too. Do your own homework.
