FC Transferred over 100 times.
So a shipment was sent to amazon on June 5th. It had 4 or so different SKUs and I had 9 units of lets call it SKU "A". All my items were eligible to be sold before fully processed in and so most of my items sold within the first two weeks. I noticed that SKU "A" received a business customer order of 4 units.
After this, my listing goes inactive despite having more units to sell in the shipment (maybe for precaution).
One week later I notice that the order still hasn't shipped to my customer despite the shipment being in receiving status and it saying all units received. I let some more time pass and take note of the investigation eligibility date (June 29th).
Another week passes. Still no update on this order. My shipment is still in the same status and the when I check my inventory, it says that I have 2 in FC transfer.. So my other 7 units are not mentioned in my inventory.
I get alarmed as this is a more expensive item and contact amazon and they tell me that they are all in FC transfer.
I check my FC Transfer report and I see that these 9 pieces have been FC Transferred about 124 times between FC centers with one of the logs stating "30" units which makes no sense. I think there is some logistics issue going on with amazon.
I try to create a investigation for this shipment on June 30th but amazon help tells me its only eligible on July 1st.
It is now July 1st. I check my shipment and it says investigation eligible on July 7th. They keep pushing the date forward. Amazon seller support has been of not much help regarding this. Does anyone have any suggestions.
Feel free to ask questions I can explain anything needed!

Good afternoon @Seller_GIzywSw69BGrP,
Apologies for the frustration this delay has caused, I have encountered a few examples of FC transfers taking longer than usual this time of year. I will be happy to assist in any capacity I can here.
If you were to check your shipment now, is the date still July 7th or has it been pushed back once again? Let me know, as that will dictate my recommendations for next steps.
