Cannot receive OTP code

Hello!

Recently, I often need to verify the OTP code when I log in to a store, and sometimes need to operate it several times to receive the OTP code. But now I can't receive the OTP code, so I can't log in to my store. The page reminds me as follows:

But in fact, after a day, I still can’t receive the OTP code when I log in for verification, and I can’t log in to my store anymore.

You NEED to use the authenticator app, as described in my thread where you posted a question half an hour ago. Some mobile phones don't receive OTP anymore. But if you install the app, it will work like a charm.
