Easyship Fake Return Disposals

Nowadays easyship courier boys found new trick to keep seller returns. They are marking return shipments as Seller Refused or Seller not available...Those returns shipments are never delivered....When I raise Safe T claims, amazon seller support is denying my claims everytime and replying that copy paste answers, We attempted delivery and you have refused or non available....Courier fellows never call me....before safe t claims were given, but now amazon seller support also not in seller favour...Time has come to quit amazon and join other Platforms who charge 0% commissions....

This issue affects almost every seller. Genuine buyers return products for valid reasons, but many returns are being manipulated by ATS staff who steal products using different tricks:

Working with Friends & Relatives – ATS staff get their friends or relatives to place fake orders. When the product reaches their hub, they either reject it or accept it at a wrong address, making sure the item never returns to the seller.

Tampering with Secure Return Packaging – When a return reaches the hub, they reseal it using Amazon’s "Secure Return with Unique Seal ID," which is only available at hubs, allowing them to replace products or send empty packages.

Package Tampering – After an order is shipped or when it reaches their hub, they reject the package, knowing it will return by default. Once it arrives, they heat the glue, steal the product, and either return an empty box or insert another seller's item.

Fake Delivery & System Manipulation – Some ATS staff pick up the package for delivery, steal it on the way, and have a friend reject the package. Later, they change Amazon’s system records to show that the seller “Refused Delivery” or was “Unavailable,” ensuring the return never reaches us.

At every stage, Amazon earns money while sellers lose. there’s no point in selling on Amazon. It seems their insiders are the only ones benefiting. Sellers must reconsider whether staying on this platform makes sense anymore.

Imagine hiring a sales manager for your company. At first, he brings in some orders and then convinces you that running ads will boost sales. You agree—only to find out he has given the ad contract to his own company.

Next, he tells you that keyword optimization is needed, but instead of helping, he secretly collects all your product data and sells it to others for profit. Then he insists that shipping must improve. Again, you agree, and he assigns shipping contracts to his friends.

When you ask why orders aren’t coming, he tells you that your products must be stored in multiple locations across the country. You agree, but now he sets up storage, GST compliance, and fulfillment through his insiders—charging you for storage, delivery, and even penalties for having too much or too little stock in the warehouse.

Then, his shipping partners start debiting money from your account for weight and dimension discrepancies. When you question him, he says, “Boss, wait 50 days—we will check.” Meanwhile, he keeps charging you for ads, claiming they run on his platform as CPC and sponsored ads. When you ask about sales, he shows visitor and click data—but sales remain low or nonexistent.

Still not seeing enough orders, you question him again. This time, his shipping partners place fake orders, only to reject or steal the products. Meanwhile, he continues earning commissions at every step—on top of his salary.

Finally, he says, “Boss, let’s improve payments. I’ll collect all the money and release payments every Saturday after deducting expenses.” From that moment, you barely receive any money. His system is set up to drain your earnings while he takes everything.

When you finally decide to fire him for his incompetence, he says, “Boss, you can’t make me resign. Even if I leave, you still have to pay me 90 days' salary.” Then, when you demand your pending payments from outside customers, he tells you that any complaints from buyers will be settled against your remaining balance.

This is ... Guess ...
