Account Suspended due to use of Brand Name in Title
Dear Amazon Team,
I am selling on Amazon as Twiddle Enterprise from May without any issue but on 4th Aug 2018. I have received the Mail and Notification from Seller Performance Team as mentioned below:

I understand that Amazon is doing this check to keep the hygiene at the good rate and as well customer will not any issues.
For the above ASIN, I have never received a single order from a customer hence there is no way that customer has raised the complaint as the inauthentic products. Even though as requested by Amazon, we have shared the Invoices with the PQ-Seller-Assessment Team on 11th Aug 2018.
Next day the team replied and said that we require some more details.

According to this reply, they need the “POKEMON” brand authorization letter from the supplier. We check with the Supplier for the Brand authorization letter but he denied.
We don’t know what to do in this case.
If anyone who faced this issue before, please share the details with us.

We are doomed right now!!! Amazon has removed our selling privileges. We don’t Know what to do in these type of situation. Show us the for help in reinstating the account.
