Product removed from the Pan EU programme for item being classed as Hazmat HOWEVER the listing isn't classed as Hazmat on Amazon.

One of my top selling items has been removed from the Pan EU fulfilment programme.

The reason for removal according to the Pan EU page is that this product is classed as Hazmat in the ES & PL marketplaces. However, if you use the Dangerous Goods Classification Checking Tool, you can confirm that this product is NOT classed hazmat. It is only showing as Hazmat on the Pan EU page.

I have contacted SellerSupport but the generic response of 'we have forwarded to the dedicated, please wait whilst they complete their investigation'.

This is a top seller product, I need to resolve this issue asap, we are encountering double fees thanks to the European Fulfillment Network now fulfilling orders across EU.

Hello @Seller_MkniaBrxmCyTn,

My name is Ka, I appreciate your question.

I understand that one of your listings or products have been removed for the PanEU program due Hazmat classification.

Do you have a recent support case inquiring about this? We would like to take a look at it in detail.

Regards, Ka
