Brand registry - how do i remove another seller offering my item whem my trademark is still pending?
Hello, I currently have my brand enrolled in brand registetry with a pending trademark. Another seller started to offer my product on my listing and i know he can't have these items.
I tried to submit a violation through the brand registry with my trademark as a counterfeit violation. I am being told "Not Valid For Reporting Counterfeit"
My trademark is still in the pending stage, does this matter?
is there anything i can do to remove this seller with my trademark still pending?
i have ordered 1 unit from them to confirm it is counterfeit.

This does matter when attempting to report counterfeit! Your trademark will have to be fully registered before you have access to that option.
You may report this through Report Abuse and I recommend putting in as much information as possible!
