Brand Registry New Seller Incentives
I'm hoping someone, or a Mod can chime in on this for me.
-I've been an Amazon seller since 2014 (FBA).
- I'm launching my first Brand (Brand Registered) later this year.
- The incentives are very appealing
- I can't quite get 100% clarification on this requirement :
"• New sellers starting in 2024 — Seller must have listed first buyable ASIN (NA, EU, JP store)
on or after March 1, 2024 (Pacific time)1"
Does it refer to the First buyable ASIN in the history of the seller's account?
or
The first Buyable ASIN *of their newly registered brand*?
I've had major issues with seller support confirming things for me, and then their information being wrong and being left out to dry by Amazon, so if someone has concrete info on this, it would be so appreciated!

This New Seller Incentive is for new Sellers within the date parameters listed, If a New seller had listed their first ASIN in 2023, then they would be subject to the 2023 New Seller Incentives.
You can find this detail and additional specifics in the New Seller Incentives Terms and Conditions. I also found a similar, but more robust explanation of this promotion in the Additional terms and conditions section.
The brand owner benefits are part of the New Seller Incentive promotion. "New sellers who complete brand registry within six months of listing the first offer and are identified as the first brand owner with Amazon Brand Registry qualify for these benefits:" You can reference this in the New Seller Incentives help page.
Since all the program benefits are nested under New Seller Incentives and "This promotion (the “Promotion”) is only available to new sellers who (i) list their first buyable ASIN in the Amazon store on or after March 1, 2024 in Japan and/or the United States and/or one of Germany, France, Italy, Spain, or the United Kingdom (each an “Eligible Marketplace”) and (ii) have an Amazon Ads sponsored advertising account that is registered in the Eligible Marketplace where their first buyable ASIN is listed (participants that satisfy (i) and (ii) are each an “Advertiser”). This promotion will last until February 28, 2025." (referenced from the Additional terms and conditions section)
